个人简介

基础医学院病原生物学教师，曾从麦类作物遗传育种、植物-寄生虫互作分子机制及重金属污染土壤植物修复，环境微生物生态等研究。目前主要从事重要寄生虫功能基因组学、寄生虫传播媒介昆虫生态生理学及寄生虫感染与免疫学等研究。教育背景 1.2017/12-2020/10中国疾病预防控制中心博士后主要从事重要寄生线虫基因组学及病原媒介昆虫生理生态研究； 2. 2011/09-2016/02中国科学院大学攻读植物学博士学位主要从事植物寄生线虫与植物间互作中分子事件研究； 3. 2011/09-2015/12 四川大学攻读植物学博士学位主要从事植物细胞与遗传工程研究； 4. 2008/09-2011/06 河南大学攻读遗传学硕士主要从事小麦D基因组中HMW蛋白遗传及分子标记研究主讲课程 1、本科《人体寄生虫学》 2、本科《微生物与寄生虫学》 3、研究生《病原生物学文献阅读》科研项目 1、国家自然科学基金CCP结构域-Duox信号通路参与调节冈田绕眼果蝇肠道微生物的研究，31960025，2020/1/1-2023/12/31，主持； 2、国家自然科学基金结膜吸吮线虫外泌体miRNA在虫体与宿主互作中的功能初探，81760373, 2018/1/1-2021/12/31，主持； 3、中国博士后科学基金面上项目结膜吸吮线虫外泌体miRNA Bantam的功能研究，2019M650799, 2019/5/31-2020/12/31，主持； 4、国家自然科学基金结膜吸吮线虫不同发育阶段差异表达基因及其功能分析，81560336, 2016/1/1-2019/12/31，主研；
