个人简介

职务研究生院副院长民进会员，贵州省微生物学会理事，贵州省中华医学会微生物学与免疫学分会常委。主要从事纳米材料用于细胞的三维培养研究，主持国家自然科学基金2项；发表论文27篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文7篇，其中JCRQ2区5篇；承担本科生《医学微生物学》、《病原生物学》、研究生《生物信息技术》等课程的教学；主编《医学微生物学实验》,参编《病原生物学》《医学微生物学实验教程》，获贵州省教学成果奖1项，已培养毕业硕士研究生7名。教育背景 1997年6月毕业于遵义医学院临床医学专业，获学士学位；2000年9月就读于遵义医学院，攻读免疫学硕士，2003年7月获医学硕士学位；2005年9月就读于四川大学，师从麻省理工大学张曙光教授，攻读生物化学与分子生物学博士，2009年6月获博士学位。主讲课程 1、医学微生物学 2、病原生物学 3、生物信息技术科研项目 1、纳米自组装短肽在病毒三维细胞培养模型中的应用研究，国家自然科学基金（81660340） 2、纳米自组装短肽肿瘤细胞三维培养模型的建立及药物敏感性检测，国家自然科学基金（81160290）教材、专著编写 1、《医学微生物学实验》 2、《病原生物学》 3、《医学微生物学实验教程》
