Took charge of the project “location tracking system for high-speed train units”. The system had been running in Beijing high-speed rail base and installed in Shanghai, Wuhan, and Guangzhou high-speed rail base. (Funding RMB1050000 by Beijing Tielong Hengtong Vehicle Devices Co., Ltd.) Took charge of the Anhui Innovation Fund project “Isolated word speech recognition integrated circuit” (Grant No. 06CZ3401133). I developed a robust speech recognition algorithm and implemented in PC, DSP and FPGA respectively and in ASIC finally. This research was the main part of my doctoral dissertation “Research on Speech Recognition in Noisy Environment” As Co-Principal Investigator or Main Researcher Participated in the smart vehicle project in Toyota Technological Institute. I took charge of the research about stereo vision, deep learning, camera calibration, object detection, image fusion, multi-sensor calibration and fusion etc. Participated in developing a new Scanning Probe Microscopy for Precision Measuring Control Laboratory. The project was supported by Natural Science Foundation of China. I took charge of research the new sensor driving and imaging algorithm and developing the simulation program. Participated in USA NSF project “A Data Intensive and High Performance Computing Cluster for Integrated Research and Education”. I took charge of developing high performance machine learning algorithm for astronomical data and building high performance computing cluster based on IBM rack server and NVidia GPGPU for a research group of Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) project. Participated in Texas POCsparc Grant Program “Special Sound Detection Sensor”. I took charge of sound signal analysis based on MFCC and SVM algorithm. Participated in the construction of the current largest synchrotron light source NSLS II in Brookhaven National Laboratory. I took charge of developing the control system and data analysis algorithm for the new Long Trace Profiler (LTP) used by NSLS II project. Participated in developing a new Holographic Optical Tweezers for Optoelectronic Technology Laboratory. The project was supported by Natural Science Foundation of China. I participated in developing software in the system. Participated in China NSF project “Strong noise multi source steep distortion acoustics diagnosis for high speed train bearing”. I took charge of acoustics signal analysis based on MFCC and DTW algorithm. Participated in China NSF project “Device Status Analysis and Diagnosis Method based on Nonstationary Manifold”. I took charge of using a manifold learning algorithm (Isomap) to analyze the machinery vibration signal. Participated in RoboCup 2008 as a member of the Small Size Soccer Robots Team of USTC. The team was ranked in Top 8. I took charge of decision-making and control system. The team was supported by the University of Science and Technology of China. Participated in Anhui NSF project “Studies on Fault Diagnostic Technology Standards and Online Monitor of Large Scale Transformer”. Participated in developing the Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System for Perforation and Continuous Rolling Mills. The project was supported by Shanghai Baosteel Co., Ltd. I took charge of developing the machinery vibration signal analysis system, visualization for mass data, and fault diagnosis expert system.
