张兴林博士,浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院研究员,博士生导师(浙江大学“百人计划”),2017年入选国家重点人才计划(青年)。荷兰乌特勒支大学(Utrecht University)博士;英国牛津大学(University of Oxford)博士后,Rubicon fellow。

研究生课程:肠道菌群、食品微生物。
课程内容围绕微生物领域内的最新进展。归纳总结知识要点,展望发展趋势。并带领学生细致分析实际研究案例,提高科研思维能力。
研究与成果
主要从事食源性致病菌的耐药和致病机理研究、微生物技术研发、细菌功能基因组学以及肠道菌群和益生菌研究。近年来以肠球菌、小肠炎耶尔森氏菌和布氏杆菌等为研究对象,结合新一代高通量测序技术和纳米新材料,建立和优化了M-TraM、Tn-seq、Cre-lox和热敏质粒介导的基因重组系统以及纳米颗粒磁性吸附技术等一系列国际领先的细菌微生物学方法,突破了肠球菌等重要细菌的研究瓶颈,搭建了有广泛应用价值的细菌学研究平台。在此基础上,张教授对肠球菌等细菌的耐药性、致病性、糖代谢、胆盐耐受以及遗传进化等方面进行了系统的研究,相关成果已发表在PLoS Genet、J Infect Dis、Environ Microbiol和Nature Nanotechnol等高影响力杂志上,并出版英文学术专著一本。
