个人简介
杨宏飞,浙江大学副教授。1994年在德国基尔大学心理系访问学者学习心理咨询,1996年获得纽约州立大学心理咨询硕士学位,1997年在芝加哥从事青少年辅导工作,2002年在美国伊利诺大学香槟分校做访问学者,研究主观幸福感。主要从事心理健康、心理咨询方面的理论和实践研究。

从事心理健康和心理咨询理论和实践研究,近年主要研究完美主义、反刍思维与心理健康。
浙江省哲学社会科学规划课题——反刍思维的基本类型及其认知机制(17NDJC198YB)
教育部人文社科规划课题——积极反刍思维训练对心理健康的促进作用及其认知机制(17YJA1900144)
最近代表性成果为,编制了积极和消极反刍思维量表,区分了反刍思维的三种基本类型:积极型、消极型和低型。这些内容都在下面这篇发表的这边论文中做了报告。
