My primary research interest is in the environmental endocrinology and physiology and the use of biochemical markers as tools for wildlife conservation. My projects are concerned with the sustainable management sharks and the flow on effects of shark conservation. Through my research I hope to increase the understanding and development of non-destructive techniques to understand the biology and physiology of animals, and subsequently to assist with more effective conservation and management programs
