个人简介

盛彦清,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,中国生态学会污染生态专委会、中国环境学会沉积物专委会委员,中国海洋与湖沼学会海岸带分会副理事长,山东省海岸工程学会、海洋工程咨询协会及环境学会理事。2000年毕业于宁夏大学应用化学专业,随后进入深圳富士康企业集团从事废水处理工作(化学环保工程师)。2003年进入中科院广州地球化学研究所并于2007年取得环境科学博士学位,同年进入中科院烟台海岸带研究所从事海岸带水体与沉积物污染防治相关技术研究工作。2011年5月到2012年6月在英国利兹大学进行访问研究,2016年3月到2016年5月在澳大利亚南十字星大学合作研究。近年来主要从事海岸带硫循环机制及污染水体水质修复工程技术研究,先后承担多项国家自然科学基金项目、环保部环保公益项目、中科院先导专项、山东省科技惠民项目及地方政府和企业项目等。发表研究论文40余篇,其中20余篇被SCI收录,获授权发明专利10项,排名第一获省部级科学技术奖3项,国家级荣誉称号2项,市级荣誉称号4项。 荣誉奖励 2015-09-10 中央国家机关最受欢迎的法治人物(环保) 2015-10-08 中国科学院关键技术人才 2016-07-01 山东省优秀共产党员 2018-05-04 山东省专利奖一等奖 省部级 一等奖 2018-12-20 海洋科技奖一等奖 2019-04-04 山东省科技进步奖二等奖 首届烟台市“十大环保人物”荣誉称号 广东省科学技术三等奖:城市黑臭河道水质就地改良技术研究(2009) 专利 [1] 陈令新,王巧宁,付龙文,等. 一种开放海域沉积物污染的修复方法. 2016-11-24.
