Research in my lab involves protein biochemistry, protein structure determiantion by x-ray crystallography, in silico drug screening and parasitology. Projects Include: 1.Malarial Proteins as targets for rational drug design. 2.Molecular techniques for parasite identification and quatification in native fauna 3.Characterisation of unique ATP synthases from Alveolate species 4.3-Dimensional Structures of proteins involved in haze formation in white wine 5.Protein structure and function analysis and in silico drug screeening of Dipeptidyl Peptidases
