Pramod's research focuses on combining diverse computational and experimental approaches for understanding the mechanisms of ligand recognition by P450's and UGT proteins. The main aim of this research is to support the rational design of drugs, particularly, in relation to drug lead optimization, drug metabolism and drug-drug interaction potential.
