个人简介
李双洋,1980年生,甘肃省静宁县人,中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院研究员,博士生导师。中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员。2008年在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所获得岩土工程博士学位。目前主要从事冻土力学与寒区工程研究,发表学术论文90多篇,SCI收录40多篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金、中科院重点部署项目、国家重点研发计划专题等科研项目。
