个人简介

1979年出生于山西省,1999年考入南京大学物理系,2003年获本科学位。同年进入中国科学院物理研究所学习,2008年获得博士学位。博士毕业后先后在美国南卡罗莱纳大学、爱荷华州立大学从事博士后研究。2013年9月加入中国科学院物理研究所纳米物理与器件实验室,现任副研究员,博士生导师。期间曾在美国布朗大学、普渡大学从事访问研究。2015年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会,并于2019年获得优秀会员基金支持。

研究领域

主要从事低维纳米体系的构筑、物性及电子器件研究。通过机械剥离、化学气相沉积、分子束外延等方法制备低维纳米材料,利用微纳米加工技术方法制作电极,在超高真空四探针扫描隧道显微镜(原位)、综合物性测量系统(非原位)中研究低维纳米体系中载流子输运的基本性质,探索低维纳米材料的微观结构与物性的基本关系,对其电子输运性质进行调控,构筑面向未来信息科技应用的功能电子器件。 1. 低维材料的电子输运规律与微观结构的关联 2. 低维磁性、超导、拓扑材料的电子输运行为及其调控 3. 面向未来信息科技应用的新型开关、存储等电子器件的构筑及其物理
