个人简介

刘晓东,男,1963年12月出生。现任中科院地球环境所研究员,博士生导师。1988-98在中科院兰州高原大气所先后任助研、副研、研究员及高原气候研究中心主任等职,1995年被中科院破格晋升为研究员,1999年以来任中科院地球环境所研究员。曾于1993-94在英国利物浦和里丁大学、1999-2001年在美国加州大学、2003-05年在美国威斯康星大学作访问研究。曾获得国家自然科学二等奖两次(分别排名第3和第5)、国家有突出贡献中青年专家荣誉称号 、中国首届青藏高原青年科技奖、中国第四纪青年科学家奖、中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖以及国家杰出青年科学基金等。目前主要从事青藏高原隆升气候效应、内陆干旱和亚洲季风变化、沙尘气溶胶与气候相互作用的分析与数值模拟研究。发表论文180余篇(其中SCI论文120余篇),被SCI刊物引用5100余次(其中第一作者单篇论文最高SCI引用800余次)。
