个人简介
陈帅，博士，浙江大学长聘副教授、研究员、博士生导师。任教于浙江大学公共管理学院农经系、浙江大学中国农村发展研究院（CARD），担任浙江大学农业与农村发展研究所副所长，聚焦气候变化与中国农业、空气污染的社会经济影响等议题，已在Journal of Development Economics(JDE)、Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economics(JAERE)、Journal of Environmental Economics and Management(JEEM)、Journal of Economic Geography(JEG)等发展经济学、资源与环境经济学、空间经济学的国际领域顶刊发表学术论文，在《经济学(季刊)》和《中国农村经济》等国内领域顶刊也有多篇发表，最新工作论文挂在National Bureau of Economic Research(NBER)；主持包括国家自科基金、教育部文科专项在内的多个科研项目。
陈帅2014年博士毕业于北京大学，师从农业与环境经济学家徐晋涛教授；2015-2017年间进入北京大学光华管理学院应用经济学系、北京大学经济政策研究所做博士后，合作导师是陈玉宇教授和蔡洪滨教授；2017年，陈帅荣获“北京大学优秀博士后”，随即入选浙江大学“百人计划”，于2020年获得浙江大学长聘副教授任职资格。
陈帅在浙江大学公共管理学院农经系和浙江大学中国农村发展研究院（CARD）招收农林经济管理专业的博士研究生及硕士研究生。欢迎具有应用经济学背景、致力于学术研究的同学报考和选择。
