个人简介
马高明博士的主要研究领域是儿童发展与教育政策。他目前正在探索福利边界理论，并尝试将之运用到0-17岁儿童发展政策框架。他的研究成果主要涉及义务教育阶段的儿童跨学区择校问题，包括流动儿童教育、城市择校教育与农村扶贫教育。这些研究成果受到国家社科基金项目“义务教育择校‘高烧’的福利治理机制研究”资助（项目号：18CSH023）。
马高明博士毕业于香港中文大学社会工作系，主要接受社会福利政策与社会工作实务的学术训练。他的大学阶段是在中国人民大学度过，在中国最早期的劳动与社会保障专业接受教育。马高明曾在浙江省发展和改革系统工作过较长时间，对于公共政策制定、实施与评估等工作具有较深的理解。马高明博士已婚，育有一位千金。
