个人简介
邹永华博士任教于浙江大学公共管理学院,他是浙江大学“百人计划”研究员、博士生导师、城市发展与管理系副主任、政府与企业研究所副所长。他致力于用跨学科的方法研究住房、城市规划、公共政策三者之间的相互影响机制,相关学术论文发表于Urban Geography,Cities,Habitat International,Applied Geography等十数种SSCI期刊,其中10篇属SSCI一区论文。
邹永华在美国天普大学(Temple University,Philadelphia)获得城市研究博士学位(主修房地产与住房政策)。他的博士论文从大都市的社区层面研究了美国次级住房抵押贷款与住房价格变动之间的关系。这项研究为论证次级抵押贷款政策是否加剧社会不公平提供了证据。在此之前,他获得美国印地安纳大学(Indiana University,Bloomington)公共事务硕士学位、清华大学建筑学硕士学位、以及重庆大学建设管理与房地产学士学位。
邹永华曾在中美多个学术机构从事房地产和住房政策研究工作。作为职业地产人,他曾负责多个房地产项目的投资策划、建筑与规划设计、以及项目管理工作。
邹永华在浙江大学公共管理学院招收城市发展与管理专业的硕士和博士研究生,研究方向包括住房与房地产政策、城市规划与城市治理、公共项目投融资与PPP、城市可持续发展等。欢迎城乡规划、土地资源管理、地理学、管理学、经济学等背景的同学联系报考。
