个人简介
黄飚，管理学博士，浙江大学公共管理学院百人计划研究员，博士生导师，曾就职于新加坡国立大学李光耀公共政策学院、香港中文大学政治与行政学系，主要研究兴趣为政府创新与政策试验、地方治理与社会治理，论文发表于《政治学研究》、《新华文摘》、《经济社会体制比较》、Public Administration Review, Public Performance & Management Review, Journal of Chinese Political Science等国内外重要刊物，多篇政策内参得到省部级领导人肯定性批示，研究成果获浙江省第二十届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖，主持国家社科基金特别委托项目子课题一项、浙江省哲学社会科学重点研究基地课题一项。
