个人简介
2015年于香港中文大学教育学院教育行政与政策系获博士学位，同年9月加入浙江大学，2017年晋升副教授。现任浙江大学教育学院教育领导与政策研究所副所长兼党支部副书记。
本人主要致力于基础教育和高等教育领域的学习共同体、教师发展、教育领导、学生培养、学校教育改革、教育政策等领域研究，擅长量化研究方法以及量质结合的混合研究方法。目前在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文20余篇。
