研究领域

[1] 医疗信息学与大数据:通过医疗信息学中,数据系统设计顶层的概率预测系统模型,将预测诊断过程中的参数划分,建立特征模块决策。在不同的时间段,辅助决策系统会根据每一幅图像的变化,生成不同的决策参数。这些参数相当于用人工智能的方式,选择病灶部位面积最大,浓聚密度最高的图像,并优先推荐给医生观察。在任意时刻,诊断函数拥有分析模型的最优化数值,对医生给予参考,达到理想的辅助诊断效果。通过对大数据医疗数据系统的构建,得到有效的决策分析结果,并通过分析结果与治疗方法结合,为医生提供优化的治疗方案,减少了医生判断时间。 [2] 智慧城市大数据:通过数据采集,各个信息化系统中的异构数据得以汇聚到大数据平台上。需要对这些来自不同数据源系统的原始数据,按照定义的标准和规则,通过数据处理脚本程序进行数据清洗和预处理,从而支撑实现系统间的数据交换以及形成数据融合后的统一视图。另一方面,按照业务部门提供的数据安全要求,大数据平台应对某些敏感信息通过脱敏规则进行数据的变形处理,实现敏感隐私数据的可靠保护,保证数据需求部门对于脱敏后的真实数据集的使用。 [3] 机会社会网络:通过对子社区网络中的结点及其邻居的协作与关联分析,建立基于结点特征值的分析模型,研究结点的特征量。这些特征量包含了停留时间分布、相遇时间幂律分布、截断型指数分布﹑不规则拐点﹑停留时间分布等。同时,在移动机会网络的研究中,加入了社会网络结点移动与数据传输模型作为基础研究理论。通过对数据传输的时间复杂度研究、网络数据传输稳定研究、结点数据传输活跃度研究等,改善移动机会网络数据传输过程中传输成功率和传输延迟率。
