细胞死亡与免疫代谢,细胞死亡是维持多细胞生命活动的基础,过多或过少的细胞死亡都会引起疾病的发生。细胞死亡主要包括细胞凋亡和细胞坏死,而近年发现的细胞程序性坏死(Necroptosis)是由包含RIP1/RIP3/MLKL的坏死复合物精密调控的一种重要细胞坏死形式,并且显示细胞程序性坏死通过多种途径参与炎症信号的调控。本研究组主要研究细胞程序性坏死与炎症的调控机制,及在相关代谢性疾病中的作用机理。通过探索细胞程序性坏死、炎症与代谢性疾病之间的作用关系,为相关疾病的防治提供理论依据。
