研究领域

冠状动脉病变引发的心肌梗死等缺血性心脏病及由此发生的心力衰竭已成为心血管疾病主要致死原因。及时疏通狭窄或阻塞的冠状动脉,使缺血心肌获得血液再灌注是治疗缺血性心脏病的根本策略,但再灌注本身也会造成额外的损伤;同时心肌梗死造成的大量心肌细胞的死亡为纤维疤痕替代,进而导致心功能不全。因此,逆转急性心梗期心肌细胞的“减容”是抑制纤维瘢痕形成、最大限度保留心脏功能、制约心力衰竭发生发展链、降低心肌梗死死亡率的关键环节。针对这些临床问题,课题组研究聚焦于揭示心脏收缩功能调控和缺血后心力衰竭发生发展和保护的细胞分子机理, 探寻防治缺血性心脏病的有效靶点和手段。目前研究主要集中在如下方面: 1. 多能干细胞心肌细胞分化的调控、高效分化方法的建立和心肌修复与再生; 2. 心肌钙信号网络及G蛋白耦联受体介导的信号通路在心肌发育、保护和收缩中的调控; 3. 间歇性低氧适应、天然物质及内源性物质的心肌保护作用、细胞分子机制及应用转化研究。
