个人简介

2013 - 至今 中国科学院-马普学会计算生物学伙伴研究所 研究员 2009–2013年 美国达纳法伯癌症研究所/波士顿儿童医院与哈佛医学院 生物信息博士后 2003–2008年 中国科学院理论物理研究所 理论生物物理博士 1999–2003年 中国科技大学少年班系 物理学士 其中已完成的包括:1)用于双样本ChIP-Seq数据定量比较和差异结合分析的计算模型MAnorm(Genome Biology 2012),以及它的后续版本MAnorm2用于多样本ChIP-Seq数据定量比较;2)转录因子结合motif分析包Motif-Scan,以及它与MAnorm结合用于寻找细胞类型特异性调控因子的分析工具MAmotif;3)用于统计比较分析基于同位素标记技术生成的定量蛋白组数据的MAP模型。同时,通过应用所开发的新计算工具,我们希望能够更深入地发掘:1)生物分子之间相互作用的机制,如PRC2在长非编码RNA上结合的序列依赖性(Scientific Reports 2017);2)基因组元件的未知功能和结构特征,如一些特殊增强子元件的功能和结构特征。

研究领域

1.开发用于高通量组学数据比较和整合分析的统计模型和计算工具 2.结合实验研究手段(包括与实验生物学家合作),研究干细胞干性维持、分化以及肿瘤等生物过程和系统中的基因表达调控,发掘其中关键的调控因子和调控元件。 3. 个体基因组研究
