研究领域

系统生物学（1）整合多组学数据和生物医学知识的个性化治疗方案研究：利用大规模的肿瘤模型，研究具有不同遗传背景的肿瘤对抗癌药物的反应，筛选与药物敏感性或耐药机制相关的分子标志物，并建立预测模型，为肿瘤的精准用药提供依据。（2）癌症基因组图谱和进化：通过研究癌症发生发展过程中基因组图谱的变化，重构癌症的进化路径，并寻找关键基因。（3）生物网络和组学大数据挖掘：基于组学大数据和整合网络分析，挖掘生物分子之间相互作用的规律；利用复杂生物网络建模和机器学习算法，筛选疾病标志物并进行分子分型。
