个人简介

冯国忠,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。中国水稻研究所水稻生物学国家重点实验室课题组长。2007年获中山大学博士学位, 2009年起在加拿大圭尔夫大学(University of Guelph)进行博士后研究,2013年底进入中国水稻研究所工作,建立生物农药研究组,主要从事病毒复制以及微生物代谢产物的抗病毒研究。迄今在Journal of Virology, J Gen Virol., Virology等国际著名的杂志发表论文多篇。 承担的科研项目 杆状病毒DNA聚合酶入核机理的研究,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2016.01-2019.12, 58万。 “微生物资源与生物农药”创新团队,中国农业科学院创新团队项目,2015.01-2018.12,200万。 水稻生物农药的研究,中国农业科学院“青年英才计划”项目,2014.10-2019.09,200万。 专家类别 中国农业科学院“青年英才计划”A类入选者, 中国农业科学院“微生物资源与生物农药”创新团队首席科学家 国际合作 加拿大圭尔夫大学(University of Guelph)的Peter Krell教授和 Baozhong Meng教授。 加拿大大湖森林中心(Great Lake Forestry Centre)的Basil Arif研究员以及Guoxin Quan研究员。

研究领域

农业微生物与应用技术 病毒复制的研究:重点研究杆状病毒的复制和水稻病毒的复制,以及微生物代谢产物抑制病毒复制的机理。 微生物代谢产物的抗病毒研究:微生物代谢产物的筛选,活性代谢产物基因簇的分离及其生物组合合成。
