金火喜 - 浙江海洋大学 - 食品与医药学院

个人简介

金火喜，2013年毕业于浙江工业大学生物化工专业，获工学博士学位。2014年7月调入浙江海洋大学食品与医药学院药学系工作。主要讲授发酵工程、酶工程以及微生物与免疫学等课程，其中酶工程为校级引进优质视频课程，发酵工程为浙江省课堂教学改革项目课程。教学效果获学院和校级肯定，获校级教学成果奖1项。参与浙江省自然科学基金项目2项，主持舟山市科技局项目1项，指导学生完成国家大学生创新创业项目、省新苗计划项目各1项。

研究领域

主要从事生物制药、海洋活性物质方面的教学与科研工作
