个人简介

袁高峰,副教授,博士/博士后,食品科学专业硕士研究生导师,浙江海洋大学 食品与医药学院 食品系。 主讲《食品毒理学》、《水产品安全检验技术》、《食品安全快速检测技术》等课程。近年来主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金、博士后基金面上项目、博士后基金特别资助项目、浙江省公益性项目和省基金等项目。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food & Function》、《Food Control》、《Food Research International》等期刊发表论文10余篇,授权发明专利4项。 主持或完成的科研项目: 1.浙江省自然科学基金,石榴酸基于 miRNA 对脂质代谢的调节作用及其机制研究; 2.浙江省自然科学基金,n-3 PUFA 改善非酒精性脂肪肝作用信号通路及机制研究; 3.浙江省科技厅公益项目,海洋贝类毒素大田软海绵酸快速检测用生物传感器研制与应用;4.国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,上皮硫特异蛋白对芸薹属蔬菜芥子油苷代谢调控作用及功能研究; 4.中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目,青花菜上皮硫特异蛋白功能解析及其在品质改良中的应用; 6.中国博士后基金面上项目,IQD1基因对芥子油苷生物合成的调控机理及其应用。
