个人简介
何香柏,浙江大学法学院百人计划研究员。2010年获武汉大学环境法研究所硕士学位,同年获得国家留学基金委全额奖学金赴澳大利亚西悉尼大学(Western Sydney University)攻读博士学位,2014年毕业回国。曾在著名环境保护组织Environmental Defense Fund短暂工作过一段时间,之后任苏州大学王健法学院讲师、副教授。2017年1月-8月,圣母大学访问学者。主要研究兴趣为气候变化、水资源管理以及环境守法与执法。
