CELLULAR AND MOLECULAR BIO-SYSTEMS GROUP Our research aims to understand the cellular, molecular or genetic details underlying plant growth and development and plant responses to external stimuli such as pathogen attack or environmental signals such as salinity or chilling. We have expertise in a variety of technologies in cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, physiology and biochemistry. We work on a variety of plant systems, with a common focus on the model plant Arabidopsis.
