研究领域
Dr Varamini’s research interests are in different areas of pharmaceutical sciences including peptide chemistry and peptide delivery, pharmacology of neuropeptide hormones, endogenous antineuropathic peptides and anticancer therapeutics, peptide-based subunit vaccine delivery, and natural product chemistry and pharmacology. Her current research focuses on targeted delivery of highly potent antineoplastic agents to breast cancer cells for the treatment of Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) via some overexpressed receptors (“Trojan Horse” approach).
