个人简介

信息学院副院长、学术委员会副主任、教授，硕导（管理科学与工程专业-数字社会管理方向、电子信息专业-智慧医养方向）、博导（计算机应用专业-智慧医养方向）；担任智慧养老研究所所长、数字社会管理与工程实验室主任。主持教育部重大攻关课题1项、国家自然科学基金5项，曾分别前往美国、英国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚、挪威、新加坡等国家进行学术访问和交流。当前研究主题：健康/医疗/养老等大数据分析与应用、知识图谱、区块链应用、政府数据治理等。出版个人学术专著3本，主编教材10余部，发表论文160余篇。 1989-1993，哈尔滨工业大学机电学院本科，电子精密机械专业 1993-1995，哈尔滨工业大学机电学院硕士，工业自动化仪表专业 1995-1998，哈尔滨工业大学管理学院博士，管理科学与工程专业
