Peter's current research interests include preclinical and clinical medical imaging. Examples of preclinical projects are awake small animal SPECT imaging; the development of novel of multiple pinhole designs for small animal SPECT to enhance system sensitivity; dynamic and three-dimensionalradiopharmaceucticalbiodistribution imaging of small animal disease models. Examples of clinical projects areEmission Computed Tomography Optimisation (ECTO); Dose reference levels (DRL) for medical imaging; the impact of clinical hybrid SPECT/CT functional and anatomical imaging on reporter accuracy and confidence.
