个人简介
从事棉花早熟育种和分子改良工作。先后主持国家"十五"、"十一五"、"十二五"和"十三五"国家重点课题和人才项目,采用常规育种和分子技术相结合,选育早棉花品种16个,发表论文76篇,著作3部;被评为农业部有突出贡献的中青年专家,获国务院政府特津、全国农业科研杰出人才。作为中华农业科技优秀创新团队,在棉花分子育种技术创新、棉花光敏不育系改良和育种方法探索方面进展显著。

国家科技进步二等奖,生化辅助技术选育早熟不早衰中棉所24、27和36,第2名,2004年;
河南省科技进步一等奖,麦棉套种高产优质多抗品种中棉所45、35选育,第4名,2006年;
国家科技进步二等奖,适合麦棉两熟的夏套低酚棉花新品种中棉所20,第7名,1999年。
