个人简介

2004年本科毕业于东南大学,2010年获美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯(UT Dallas)材料科学与工程博士学位,于美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀(UT Austin)微电子研究中心进行博士后研究,2012年升任正式研究员。2016年入选国家海外高层次引进人才,全职在东南大学任教。 主要研究领域包括微系统及纳米技术、二维半导体材料及器件以及微纳精细加工在医疗健康和能源环境上的交叉应用。在Nature Nanotechnology,Chemical Society Reviews,ACS Nano等学术期刊上发表SCI论文近40篇,他引2000次(一作单篇最高引用550次,5篇论文引用超100次)。MRS、IEEE、APS等国际学术会议邀请报告10次,国际三束及纳米制备技术会议(EIPBN)常务委员,中国材料学会青委会理事,Chines Chemical Letters青年编委,IET Micro&Nano Letters副编辑。2018MINE青年科学家奖得主之一。目前主持国家级项目两项以及中央高校合作重点专项一项。
