1978.3——1982.1：南京化工学院高分子化工专业学习 1982.2——1987.9：江苏化工学院有机化工系助教 1987.9——1996.9：江苏化工学院化工系讲师、江苏石油化工学院材料系讲师 1996.9——2003.9：江苏石油化工学院材料系副教授 2003.9——2010.3：江苏工业学院材料学院教授 2010.4——至今：常州大学材料学院教授其中，1997.2—1998.1和1999.10—200010年在加拿大McMaster大学化工系高级访问学者。

研究领域

1．聚烯烃功能化改性（反应性接枝、交联、填充等） 2．多相聚合物体系（通用塑料的高性能化改性及工程塑料的共混改性、聚合物阻隔材料等） 3．“活性”/可控自由基聚合技术在制备功能聚合物上的应用 4．聚合物功能薄膜的制备、改性及应用（锂离子电池微孔隔膜、光伏组件封装胶膜、光电显示用光学薄膜等）
