研究领域
长期致力于保护性耕作与智能农机装备技术研究,开展了免少耕播种、精密排种、种子位置无损检测等研究工作。
1、针对动力驱动式免耕防堵装置存在问题,运用支撑切割工作原理,研发了滑板压秆旋切式免耕播种机,具有良好的作业性能和播种质量。
2、针对当前小麦籽粒小、播量大、形状不规则,传统排种器难以实现精密播种问题,研制气吸型孔组合式小麦精密排种器。
3、针对播种后种子位置实时检测手段缺乏、人工挖苗测量效率低问题,提出基于超声、深度学习等方法的原位种子分布信息检测方法。
4、针对地轮驱动排种系统存在等问题,研发出播量电液精准控制技术装备,集成作业状态信息采集系统、电液比例阀控液压马达,实现了播量的精准控制。
