学习经历本科：1986/09-1990/06，中国扬州大学，食品科学硕士：1990/09-1993/06，中国无锡轻工大学（现改为江南大学），发酵工程博士：1993/09-1997/12，中国无锡轻工大学（现为改江南大学），发酵工程工作经历化验员：1998/10-2000/04，中国辽宁省饲料研究所博士后：2000/04-2002/04，中国中国农业大学，动物营养与饲料科学副研究员：2002/11-至今，中国中国农业大学，动物营养与饲料科学系获得奖励与荣誉参与国家科学技术进步二等奖项目（猪健康养殖的营养调控技术研究与示范推广2008-J-203-2-05-R08），排名第8位
