学习经历 1988.09-1992.07,农学学士,西北农业大学,畜牧学 1992.09-1995.07,农学硕士,西北农业大学,动物生产专业畜牧环境工程方向 1998.09-2002.07,农学博士,中国农业大学,动物遗传育种与繁殖学专业胚胎生物技术方向 工作经历 1995.07-至今,中国农业大学,动物科技学院,历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授 2005.09-2006.05,美国威斯康星大学,访问学者 2014.08-2015.08,美国普渡大学,访问学者

研究领域

1、针对不良环境和养殖工艺对家畜健康和生产力的不良影响,深入研究各种环境因素和养殖工艺对家畜繁殖和代谢机能的影响,以及环境应激引发的家畜配子及胚胎发育障碍、产仔数减少等繁殖障碍问题。近几年侧重于冷热应激、约束应激、与光周期匹配的饲喂时间等对动物机体代谢节律和卵巢节律的影响,将动物生物节律作为动物健康福利养殖、环境及养殖工艺是否适宜的评价指标,为优化畜禽养殖环境参数、开发新型养殖工艺提供理论依据。 2、研究畜舍环境控制技术、畜禽养殖工艺和配套的设施设备、畜牧场养分综合管理以及畜牧场的合理规划设计,给畜禽健康养殖创造适宜的小气候环境。近几年针对畜禽养殖信息全面和准确采集,畜禽规模化养殖舒适环境参数阈值和热环境综合评价指标确定,以及畜禽舍环境自动控制技术智能化、精准化调控等产业需求,开展畜禽养殖信息智能采集和分析技术研究、畜禽养殖环境参数构建、畜禽舍夏冬季和过渡季多参数环境智能调控系统的控制逻辑和参数阈值研究和集成示范。
