个人简介
男，现为中国矿业大学管理学院管理科学与工程学科教授，博士生导师。曾先后到美国明尼苏达大学（2006年）和匹兹堡大学（2012-2013年）学习进修和学术访问。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学研究基金项目、江苏省社会科学基金项目等科研项目，主持企业委托研究和咨询项目多项。参与完成国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目2项，企业委托项目多项。出版学术专著2本、翻译学术著作3本、教材5本，在国内外重要的发表学术期刊上发表论文60多篇，曾获教育部科技进步二等奖、中国煤炭工业科学技术一等奖、高等学校科学研究优秀成果三等奖、江苏省高校哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖、中国矿业大学科技进步一、二等奖等奖励。
