教育经历: 2008—2009年 University of East Anglia,药学院,联合培养博士 2003—2009年 沈阳药科大学,药学院,药物制剂 理学博士 1998—2003年 沈阳药科大学,药学院,药学(日语)理学学士 工作经历: 2017.09—现在 吉林大学,生命科学学院,副教授 2012.11—2017.09 吉林大学,生命科学学院,讲师 2010.08—2012.08 吉林大学,生命科学学院,博士后 荣誉称号: “岛津-华尔达杯”第五届吉林省大学生生命科学创新实验大赛,指导教师二等奖 研究成果: 课题组研究工作着重于疫苗制剂开发,质量控制和效果评估,旨在建立一个安全高效的佐剂/抗原递送平台,提高疫苗保护效力。现已成功研发各种疫苗佐剂(例如,角鲨烯纳米乳液,脂质体,环境敏感凝胶,QS21,MPL和PolyI:C),其中部分已扩大到中试规模。目前正在研究上述佐剂与候选抗原在不同接种途径联合免疫后的保护效果和相关机制。同时,课题组热衷于研究提高蛋白质/肽的酶稳定性及其在体外和离体膜屏障模型中递送效率的策略。这些策略包括:肽的结构修饰,聚合物纳米粒子/微粒以,生物材料的功能化修饰和自主装系统。 专利 1. 张勇,陈妍,孔维。苯丁抑制素乙二醇壳聚糖及其制备方法(专利号201410260315.x)
