教育经历: 1983-09-1988-06:吉林大学,理学学士(生物化学); 1994-09-1996-08:首尔国立大学,药学硕士(生物化学); 1996-09-2000-08:首尔国立大学,药学博士(生物化学) 工作经历: 2000-09-2002-08:国立首尔大学综合药物研究所博士后; 2002-09-2004-11:国立首尔大学综合药物研究所资深研究员; 2004-11- 今: 吉林大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师; 2014-07-2014-12:美国范德堡大学医学院高级研究学者 荣誉称号: 1、第七批"长白慧谷"海外高端领军人才; 2、第七届中国侨界贡献奖(二等) 研究成果: 1、 负责完成了国家自然科学基金6项,省部级项目3项,在研项目5项;发表SCI论文60余篇,被引1000次;授权专利2项,申请专利9项。 2、 阐明了细胞周期依赖性激酶cyclin A-Cdk2通过磷酸化Bcl-2家族蛋白调控细胞凋亡的分子机制,为人类细胞固有的抗癌变机制提供了依据。 3、 系统筛选了人参皂苷的人类靶点,为人参功效的科学解析提供了分子基础,并为人参走向世界提供了科学依据。 4、 首次阐明了人参皂苷Rh2、Rk1、Rg5、CK的人类肿瘤细胞靶点,为人参的抗肿瘤作用提供了科学依据。 5、 成功开发了人参深加工健康食品"安帝康达"。 6、 负责完成云南省科技攻关项目《普洱茶减肥、降血脂作用研究》,为天士力基团成功开发降血脂保健食品《卓清茶》,建立了研究模型和关键数据。
