研究领域

古基因组学和分子法医学:利用最新的基因组测序技术获得古代人类的基因组数据,来分析中国北方古代人群的起源和迁徙模式,追溯古代北方民族的形成和演化历史;通过宏基因组测序和探针捕获技术测定古微生物基因组,开展鼠疫、结核与麻风等古代致病菌基因组进化研究;同时,利用现代分子生物学技术开展分子法医学领域的研究工作
