学习与工作经历: 1.受教育经历 1996.09 – 2000.07,解放军军需大学,动物科学,学士 2000.09 – 2003.07,解放军军需大学,生物化学与分子生物学,硕士 2004.09 – 2007.06,吉林大学,生物化学与分子生物学,博士 2.工作经历 2003.07 – 2006.08,吉林大学,畜牧兽医学院动物科学系,助教 2006.09 – 2009.08,吉林大学,畜牧兽医学院动物科学系,讲师 2009.09 – 2012.12,吉林大学,畜牧兽医学院动物科学系,副教授 2013.01 -至今,吉林大学,动物科学学院动物科学系,副教授。 主要教学工作 主讲本科生课程:《动物遗传学》、《分子遗传学》和《生命科学导论》 研究生课程:《表观遗传学》和《分子细胞遗传学》 主要科研工作 主要研究方向为分子遗传与动物育种。基于候选基因法和高通量组学技术(基因组和转录组)挖掘与解析畜禽重要经济性状遗传基础、主效基因及相关分子遗传标记;筛选和利用遗传标记进行畜禽及特种经济动物遗传资源评估、个体识别及亲缘关系鉴定等。先后主持和参与国家及省部级课题8项,发表研究论文30余篇,培养硕士研究生4名,在读研究生2名。 1.肉牛布鲁氏菌病LAMP检测技术及吉林肉牛布病净化示范,国家重点研发计划项目,2018.07-2020.12,45万,子课题负责人。 2.蓝狐高脂肪日粮适应的遗传基础研究,中国科学院遗传资源与进化国家重点实验室开放课题,2017.06-2020.05, 10万,负责人。 3.蛇种间特异分子遗传标记的研发与应用,横向课题,2017.03-2018.03, 15万,负责人。 4.一种新的银狐纯白毛色突变的分子遗传基础研究,国家自然科学基金,20万,主要参加人。
