个人简介
潘风光,男,1973年4月生,博士,教授,硕士生导师。先后参加或主持国家自然科学基金、总后勤部军需部、吉林省科技厅重点项目、吉林大学青年基金等项目。在功能性食品加工与免疫、食品精深加工与安全检测技术等方面进行了比较系统的研究。获吉林省科技厅育厅三等奖各一项(排名第二),已独立培养7名硕士研究生,在国内外学术期刊上发表论文30余篇,参编教材7部。

1993.09~1997.07年 沈阳农业大学食品科学与工程系本科学习,获学士学位。
2001.07~2004.07年 解放军军需大学军需工程系研究生,获硕士学位。
2004.07~2007.07年 吉林大学生物化学与分子生物学专业研究生,获博士学位。
