个人简介

1、教育经历　 2006年获得博士学位,中国科学院自动化研究所，生物信息学。 2003年获硕士学位,西北工业大学自动控制系，图像处理。 2000年获得本科学位,西北工业大学自动控制系，自动控制。 2、工作经历 2008年在清华大学生物信息学研究部完成博士后研究。 2008-2014年期间，分别在美国冷泉港实验室和哈佛大学统计学系从事研究工作。在国际期刊上发表研究论文十余篇。 2015年-至今，万康源（天津）基因科技有限公司，总经理 2017年-至今，中科院天津工业微生物技术研究所，产业研究员承担科研项目情况：曾经主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、中国博士后科学基金1项。正在主持天津市重点研究计划1项。

研究领域

1.利用生物信息学技术为肿瘤研究提供早期诊断和精准治疗的系统解决方案，研发临床上肿瘤亚型分类和肿瘤早期诊断的分子诊断产品。 2.研究肠道菌群对肿瘤、慢性疾病的影响，研发肠道菌群中可用于特定疾病的早期诊断标记物。
