个人简介

董林,男,1975年10月生,河南郑州人。郑州大学全额资助博士生导师,物理学院(微电子学院)教授委员会主任。1998年毕业于吉林大学化学系,化学专业,获理学学士学位;2001年毕业于吉林大学化学系光化学研究室,物理化学专业,获理学硕士学位(导师:李铁津教授、王策教授);2005年毕业于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位(导师:刘益春教授);2011~2012年以国家公派博士后身份赴美国佐治亚理工学院访问(合作导师王中林教授);北京纳米能源与系统研究所、日本国立产业技术综合研究所(AIST)、日本九州大学访问教授。 科研成果 先后主持国家自然科学基金5项及其他各级各类项目7项,在Nature Photonics、Advanced Materials等权威SCI期刊发表学术论文80余篇,研究成果获2019年河南省自然科学奖一等奖(排名第二)。2012年获河南省高校科技创新人才资助,同年入选郑州大学高端人才特支计划,2015年入选河南省教育厅学术技术带头人,2017年入选郑州大学学科特聘教授,2018年入选河南省特聘教授。 科研项目 1.国家自然基金面上项目“面向红外光学窗口电磁屏蔽的高迁移率MgZnO/ZnO二维电子体系构建与调控”(No. 11974317,63万) 2.国家自然基金-河南联合基金重点培育项目“面向触觉拟生的氧化锌纳米线阵列压电光电子学电泵浦激射器件”(No. U1704138,54万) 3.国家自然基金面上项目“基于激光驱动波动的弹性应力发光动力学研究”(No.11674290,70万) 4.国家自然基金面上项目“耐火材料裂纹端部场与断裂能耗散机制研究”(No.51272238,80万) 5.国家自然基金青年项目“耐火材料热膨胀失配界面微空间热震稳定机理研究”(No.50902125,20万) 6.中国博士后基金特别资助“裂尖应力场与裂纹扩展机理研究”(No.201104371,10万) 7.中国博士后基金面上资助(No.20090460857,3万) 8.河南省高校科技创新人才支持计划“微结构/微应力与材料使役行为”(No. 13HASTIT020,60万) 9.郑州大学高端人才特别支持计划“面向结构材料苛刻服役局部实时传感的灵敏器件研究”(No. ZDGD13001,200万) 10.郑州大学物理学科提升计划重点项目“基于弹性力致发光的自供能应力可视化传感”(300万元)

研究领域

长期致力于氧化物低维光电材料与器件的研究,在基于发光学的触觉仿生器件、应力可视化成像、自供能电子皮肤等方面有丰富研究经验。
