个人简介
1972年生，河南临颍人，中国共产党党员。
1991-1998年在华东师范大学物理系学习,分别获得理学学士和硕士学位。
1998-2001年在中国科学院高能物理研究所学习，获得博士学位。
2001年至今在郑州大学从事教学和科研工作。
2002年破格晋升物理学副教授，2005年破格晋升物理学教授，2006年被遴选为粒子物理与原子核物理专业博士生导师。
2004年获得河南省杰出青年科学基金、被评为河南省教育厅学术技术带头人，2005年入选河南省高校青年骨干教师培养计划， 2006年入选河南省高校新世纪优秀人才支持计划、获得河南省教学标兵称号，2012年被评为河南省优秀教师。
.代表性成果：
（1）完成了国家自然科学基金、河南省杰出青年基金、河南省高校新世纪优秀人才支持计划、河南省自然科学基金、中国科学院大科学装置等科研项目，发表SCI收录的学术论文40多篇。
（2）指导毕业博士、硕士研究生20多名，指导的两名研究生（博士、硕士研究生各一名）获得研究生国家奖学金。
（3）获得河南省高等教育教学成果一等奖2项。
研究领域
（1）手征有效场论
基于国际上大型实验装置，如BESII， LHCb， CLAS等有关强子共振态的实验信息，利用幺正手征方法和有效场论方法来研究强子共振态的产生，分析这些强子共振态的性质，为深入理解QCD的非微扰性质提供帮助。
（2）强子谱及强子结构
基于夸克模型，研究强子的质量、衰变等特性，解释实验上发现的强子态的性质，了解其结构，加深对强子谱的认识，同时为实验寻找和研究相关强子态提供理论依据。
