2022.8-至今, 福州大学,物理与信息工程学院、微电子学院,副教授,福建省引进高层次人才C类,博士生导师 2019.9-2022.8,福州大学,物理与信息工程学院,讲师,校聘副教授,硕士生导师 2014.9-2019.6,华中科技大学,武汉光电国家研究中心,电子科学与技术,博士 2010.9-2014.6,湖北工业大学,电气与电子工程学院,电子科学与技术,本科 发表SCI论文50余篇,H因子25,总引用超过2600次,篇均引用60次。其中一作或通讯作者发表SCI论文20篇,授权专利5件。包括Nature communications、Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Letters、Small等材料及光伏领域的顶级期刊,4篇为ESI高被引论文。长期担任Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS applied energy materials等期刊审稿人。主持2项国家自然科学基金和多项省级基金,一作发表核心教改论文1篇,合作教材专著1本。曾获得数学建模竞赛全国二等奖,大学生、研究生国家奖学金。

从事半导体材料与器件方面的研究,涉及无机薄膜太阳能电池和光电探测器的制备、测试与物理特性分析,探究室内光伏应用技术和可见光通信技术
