人源化肿瘤异种移植模型的建立，以及用于研究肿瘤与微环境相互作用，抗肿瘤药物的评价基于化学生物学的血管新生调控的机制研究基于模式动物斑马鱼平台的药物活性筛选（血管新生，色素形成，脑出血，骨骼发育，wnt信号通路，BMP信号通路）、毒性评价（心脏、骨骼、肢体）及药物代谢的研究
