个人简介
1996年于南京大学获生物化学理学硕士学位,1997-2000年在南京军区南京总医院检验中心工作,2001年至今在南京工业大学从事生物信息学与微生物应用技术的科研和教学工作,作为生物信息学研究室负责人,在蛋白质工程和代谢工程等领域的应用研究积累了丰富的经验。近年来参加了国家973项目“新一代生物催化与生物转化的科学基础”和“人工合成细胞工厂”等多项国家与省部级研究项目。在国内外检索期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中SCI论文10余篇,申请国家发明专利10余项,译有《比较基因组学手册:原理与方法》一书
