个人简介
1999年本科毕业于北京航空航天大学,2005年毕业于浙江大学物理系,获理学博士学位。2005年4月至2008年8月,先后在日本广岛大学同步辐射中心和日本NIMS从事博士后研究。2008年9月,加入中国科学院物理研究所超导国家重点实验室。2016年加入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所工作,研究员,博士生导师。课题组网页:http://shaolonghe.nimte.ac.cn/
近五年来,在Nature Materials, Nature Communications,Phys. Rev. Lett.,PNAS等国际期刊上发表了20多篇论文,综述性论文2篇,单篇引用超过300多次,文章总引用超过1000次,被邀请在美国March Meeting和香山会议等重要学术会议作邀请报告。已主持4项国家自然科学基金委面上项目,参与多项科技部973项目和国家重点研发计划。代表性研究工作主要包括:
1. 单层FeSe薄膜的电子结构及超导特性的研究;
2. 拓扑绝缘体材料的自旋结构研究;

何少龙研究员长期从事利用角分辨光电子能谱研究材料电子结构,在界面高温超导薄膜和拓扑绝缘体等先进量子材料的电子结构研究方面进行了系统深入的研究。
