研究领域

主要从事海洋真核微生物群落结构及分子多样性研究，优化了真核微生物研究体系，改良了纤毛虫原生动物定量定性分析方法，并提出适用于真核微生物的DNA间接提取方法，在此基础上研究了近海到深海典型生境（包括海山，热液和深海平原等）中真核微生物的分子多样性及地理分布特征，探讨其分布模式与环境及地理距离的关系，确定了中小尺度下控制真核微生物多样性分布的主要因子。
